- Toysalvage.com is a live online auction where members can bid on salvage recreational vehicles and property items that have been deemed as insurance total losses, theft recoveries, and or repossession.
- Toysalvage.com reserves the right to make any and all necessary changes to this website without prior notice.
- Digital photos and all information associated with each item are accurate to the knowledge of toysalvage.com, BUT, there is always the potential for missed and/or hidden damages.
- Toysalvage.com is not responsible for any misrepresentation of the item(s) being offered for sale.
- Toysalvage.com offers no warranties and assumes no liabilities on salvage items.
- On occasion there may be a reserve, or minimum bid placed on an item.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to bid.
- Placement of a bid constitutes an obligation for the buyer to complete the transaction.
- Toysalvage.com reserves the right to reject any and all bids and has the right to negotiate with the highest bidder.
- Insurance companies reserve the right to negotiate with or reject the highest bid.
- Once awarded with the highest bid, your bid becomes a sale.
- The sale total includes bid amount, buyer fees and sales tax. Document, title transfer, loading, and misc. fees may also apply.
- Buyers will be responsible for all costs associated with the sale.
- Toysalvage.com accepts cash, cashiers checks, and money orders from major U.S. banks, United States Postal Service, Travelers Express or American Express. Toysalvage.com also accepts Visa, Master Card and Discover. A 2% charge will be added for payments requiring an approval.
- Full payments must be made within three business days of the sale. A $20 late payment charge will be added on the fourth business day after the sale. If no payment is made before 3:00 p.m. on the fifth business day after the sale, a $150 renege fee will apply. Two reneges by any buyer will result in membership termination.
- All sales are Final.
- Winning bidders are responsible for arranging pickup or delivery.
- Items being picked up must be picked-up within three business days after the sale. Items not picked-up within three business days will be charged $10/day for storage up to 9 days. After the 9 days, the item goes back into the auction and buyer is charged storage fees and no refund for paid items will be given.
- Toysalvage.com reserves the right to refuse to load and/or release any vehicle due to unsafe or improper transportation equipment.
- Loading fees are $15 if it requires the use of the big loaders.
- The bidding system at toyalvage.com allows bidding up until five minutes after the last current high bid. The count down closing time is a soft deadline for bidding to end. If there are no additional high bids after noon on the day of the auction close then the high bid at noon will be considered the high and/or winning bid. If you do not agree with this policy - PLEASE DO NOT BID!!!
- Members must read and agree with all policies before bidding on any salvage items.
